• Will I be charged sales tax?
  No. Tax is already included in the price.
  
• Will you create a custom piece of jewelry for me?
  Yes. Contact us at info@evjewelrydesign.com with a description of what you would like. Pricing may vary.
  
• I like a piece of your jewelry, but would you make a small change for me?
  Yes. It is possible; certain types of jewelry may not be customizable.
  
• What if I need the ring resized?
  Most rings can be resized, although some designs at set sizes.
  
• What payment methods do you accept?
  For your convenience we support PayPal and Google CheckOut - the safest online payment method. Besides that we honor the following major credit cards:
  Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
  We can also accept direct money transfer from your checking account (US banks only).?We currently do not accept checks or any money orders.
  
• Will I be liable for my diamond or jewelry while it is being shipped?
  We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all EV Jewelry Design orders over $1,000, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.
  
• Can you help me keep the engagement ring a surprise?
  Yes, we promise not to tell! Also, for engagement rings, engraving will be complimentary! Congratulations!
  
• Will you deliver on Saturdays?
  If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you.
