Please note that after the 90 ninety day grace return period EV Jewelry Design will be happy to honor an exchange on your original purchase being that it is return to us under our item return guide lines. In the event that you choose to return your product in person you can allways find us at EV Jewelry Design at 2 west 46 street between 5th and 6 th ave in manhattans jewelry district # suite 1506 a, and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you for any questions you might have. If your returning an item in unused ,new condition contact us within 90 days of your receipt. Or if you have a return due to a shipping error ,defect or damaged contact us within 90 days to qualifie for for a no charge pick up. call one of our hot lines at 1212 8691010 and a representative will gladly assist you giving him your receipt info so he can help you with your return. Please note a copy of your receipt must accompanie all returns.
